  • Bruschetta (vine ripened tomatoes, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano cheese, drizzled with a balsamic reduction)
  • Caesar Salad (romaine, seasoned croutons and parmigiano reggiano)
  • Arugula salad (arugula, parmigiano reggiano and extra virgin olive oil)
  • Mixed Green Salad (mixed greens, shredded carrots, red onions, tomatoes, tossed in white balsamic reduction)




  • Pepperoni Flat Bread Pizza (pepperoni, pecorino and mozzarella cheese with a marinara sauce)
  • Vegetable Flat Bread Pizza (artichoke, spinach, grilled zucchini, grilled squash, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto sauce)
  • Chicken Flat Bread Pizza (chicken, spinach, goat cheese, alfredo sauce)
  • Short Rib Flat Bread Pizza (short rib in a demi glaze, asiago, mushrooms)
  • Tomato and Rock Shrimp Flat Bread Pizza (tomatoes, rock shrimp, mozzarella cheese, crushed red peppers, and extra virgin olive oil with Pesto sauce)
